Ha! I knew I had a good week! I lost 3.8 pounds this week! I also blew past the 10 pound mark! I have to say, now that I'm starting to see bigger numbers, I'm really motivated to continue. I'll have to keep it up this week.
One thing that will help, my blow off day was terrible as a blow off day! The last couple weeks, we went to breakfast, then bowling, then grocery shopping. I'd have a nice big breakfast and then after we were home, we'd order pizza for dinner. That didn't happen today.
I slept in, so I just had a normal breakfast, my wife went shopping, so I just hung out at home and played a little Wii. For dinner, we did order chinese take-out, but even then, I opted for some of the healthier options. Good results make me extra conscious of my food choices, even when I plan on on making good choices. Wonton soup and Shrimp with vegetables. I screwed up a little because the entree comes with a white sauce and I prefer the brown sauce. All in all, including a bowl of cereal before bed, I'll still be under my calorie count and that's not counting the 500 calorie deficit I carried over from yesterday!
On January 2nd I weighed in at 370.6 pounds
On January 28th I weighed in at 358.4 pounds
12.2 lbs lost so far.
