Goals met for the week!

First I wanted to clarify something from the last post.  I'm not swearing off eating out or calling for the occasional pizza or chinese take out.  I just need to do it a lot less than I have in the past.  I love pizza and there is no way in hell that I would give it up and I'm not going to try and make some low-cal, no cheese, whole wheat crust imposter pizza!  I want it cheesy and doughy and yummy!  I make two changes when ordering a pizza and I probably mentioned it before, but I'll repeat it.  We'll order a small pizza with veggies and one meat instead of a medium or large.  If there's leftover pizza in the kitchen, I'll end up eating it all throughout the night.  Every time I walk through the kitchen, I'll grab a slice.  When we order a small, my wife eats three and I eat three and it's gone.  We also make sure to order a couple salads with it to add volume to the meal!

Second, I met my two goals for the week.  I packed my breakfast and lunch every day (I want to pack 9 out of 10 business days!)  Also, I used my home gym 3x this week.  A big part of this goal is due to my nephew.  He kept up his end and showed up to work out with me. Yay me!
