Friday Weigh-in

I lost 1.4 pounds this week.  I only exercised twice and that's the result.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with that.  Any loss is a loss.  I just need to push myself a little more.

I can definitely do that.

Starting weight: 385.0 lbs
Last week:  367.0
Today:  365.6
19.4 lbs in 7 weeks

All it takes is patience and work.
